During his visit, Ye performs "Bound 2" alongside Charlie Wilson. Jimmy Fallon also announced Ye will kick off his Yeezus tour starting Oct. 19th in Seattle.

Hitting the road with his first solo tour in 5 years, Rapper Kanye West is ready to hit a city near you with Yeezus . Last night (Sept. 4), Rapper Yung Gwapa held his official listening party for his upcoming mixtape "Tru Liez," in the City of Wind (Chicago). The event took place at Soundscape Studios and it was sponsored by Black Heart Entertainment and Stack or Starve DJ's, along with DJ Kool Ant as host. Throughout the night, Gwapa presented a list of hot new tracks and upcoming videos from his new project.
