Justin Bieber seems to be everywhere these days. Last week, the Pop singer was spotted hanging out with Kanye West in the State of Wyoming and yesterday, he and his wife (Hailey) were seen having lunch with Chance The Rapper in Chicago. Right now, no one knows if they later hit up the studio but it would be nice to see a new collaboration from the two following up their 2017 hit I'm The One .

New Wave of Chicago Brands Come Together for Pop-up Event During All-star Weekend

Fashion brands in Chicago are famously known throughout the world for opening doors and pushing the culture forward and now, there's a new wave of talent on the rise and they're ready to take-off.  For over a year, a 17-year-old kid named Dre and his clothing line Vulture have created an enormous buzz in the streets and on the internet. His clothes have been worn by multiple kids at school and local celebrities and now he's catching the eye of social media influencers from other markets as well. Last night, he kicked off his first Pop-up Shop in his hometown Chicago and kids were lined out the door to show their support. It was 1988, when a young Michael Jordan won the Slam Dunk contest during All-star Weekend in Chicago and now 32 years later, the event is back in the City and we got you covered with what to expect.  Today, we went behind the scenes with the NBA and we captured some exciting things to share. First, we would like to tell you guys about the NBA Crossover , which is an exciting event set to take place at Navy Pier. This event will kickoff Feb. 14 - 16 and it will showcase pop culture at its best. During this 3 Day event, fans will get the opportunity to experience art, fashion, technology, and get to see live performances from some of their favorite artists, in addition to seeing some NBA legends. Bud Billiken Parade Celebrates 90 Years In Chicago

Celebrating 90 years of excellence, Bud Billiken Parade delivered it's annual event today in Chicago. The festivities took place on the City's Southside and it was filled with fun for the community.   During the event, actor/comedian Lil Rel Howery served as this year's Grand Marshal and he was followed by a host of others, including Mayor Lori Lightfoot and R&B singer BJ The Chicago Kid.  The parade also showcased some young talented bands and drill teams, in addition to having a lot of magnificent floats, that happened to have some of your favorite celebrities standing on deck. You had the opportunity to eat some amazing food, listen to music, and so much more. I'm telling you, the 90th Bud Billiken Parade was lit and it was a sight to see for the thousands of people who attended.  After the jump, check out some of my videos and photos from the parade and don't forget to share your comments. 

Chance The Rapper Creates "The Big Store" Pop-Up Experience For Fans

In support of his new album The Big Day , we stopped by Chance The Rapper's Pop-Up store this past weekend, located on 10th & Michigan in Downtown Chicago, and it was powered by Swarovski. Inside the store, we got the opportunity to learn a lot about the rapper, while being taking on a guided tour. We saw special memorabilia from his childhood and garments from his wedding, in addition to messing around in the studio with the drum machines and taking dope pictures with all of the props. We also got the chance to see items from the  Coloring Book world tour and we got to see all of his Grammy Awards, which he won back in 2017. Before leaving out the building, we stopped by the merchandise room to purchase some of Chance's cool stuff. The Cast of "Snowfall" Arrives In Chicago for Season 3 Red Carper Premiere

Man, it's about to be a cold summer!  Snowfall is back!  In Season 3, the show take place in 1984. Crack cocaine is spreading like wildfire through the streets of South Central Los Angeles, while Franklin Saint (Damson Idris) and his people seek more power.  Last night, cast members and writers stopped in Chicago to promote the new season. The red carpet premiere took place in the City's South Loop and it was filled with fans, media, and special guests. During the event, those in attendance witnessed the first episode of Season 3 and got the opportunity to stick around for a special Q&A hosted by Kendra G. from iHeart's 107.5 WGCI Morning Show.  Kendra spoke with the cast about a number of things, including what can we expect from the new season. Flo Rida Stops In Chicago To Get A Taste of The Licking

Giving you a taste of soul food South Beach style, The Licking restaurant has officially hit Chicago.  You may be familiar with the business through the likes of DJ Khaled & Eric E Class Prince and now they've teamed up with Lenny "Coffey" Weston to bring the Miami franchise to the Windy City. On yesterday, Flo Rida pulled up in Chicago to support the restaurant and to give it his approval . During his visit, the platinum rapper and his entourage sampled just about everything on the menu, from seafood dinners to grilled entrees, and gave it 2 thumbs up before leaving the building.   The Licking is having it's official opening today for the public and it's located on Chicago's West Side at 5045 W. Chicago Industry Comes Out For The Sneaker Release Of The Puma RSX

Puma sneakers have been around the hip hop culture for over 30 years and still the legacy continues. Last night, the sneaker giant teamed up with Dave Jeff and former Yo! MTV Raps host Ed Lover for a historic event. It was held to highlight the new RSX shoe and it took place in Chicago's South Loop. During the event, supporters got the chance to mix and mingle, while witnessing the colorful sneaker. They also got to see a live interview with G-Herbo, who spoke on his life growing up in Chicago and his past run-ins with the law. He also spoke on his new album, which he says will drop this Summer.  Meanwhile, the new Puma RSX are scheduled to hit retail today so get up and go get yours now.

Miami's "Finga Licking" Restaurant Coming To Chicago

The City of Chicago is known for having some of the greatest food restaurants in the world, and now, they're adding a new flavor to the city, giving us a taste of a soul food served South Beach style. The place is called Finga Licking and it's a hot new spot, bringing you the food, music, and culture from the streets of Miami, FL. Some of you may be familiar with the business through the likes of DJ Khaled and Elric "E Class" Prince and now, they have teamed up with Lenny "Coffey" Weston to bring The Licking to Chicago and to open more locations in the Midwest.  The Chicago location is set for 5045 W. Madison, on the City's West Side, and it's scheduled to open in May. Nike Teams Up With Chicago Graphic Artist Mia Lee For Special Event

While fans were celebrating NBA All-star Weekend in Charlotte NC, Nike presented some big events of their own. The festivities took place at the Jordan Store in Chicago and the events ran for 5 days. During the showcase, Nike Basketball and the Jordan Brand gave fans the chance to enjoy product demos of their latest innovation Adapt BB and the Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 before it hits retail. Nike also gave fans a special customization experience, which were designed and created by Mia Lee.  Mia Lee is an animator from Chicago and she's known for incorporating art with her witty signature cartoons, winding animations and pop art to depict themes of love, lust, the afterlife, as she puts it. Nike Gives First-Look of the All New "Adapt BB Shoe" In Chicago

Just in time for NBA All-star Weekend, Nike held an exclusive event to give the media a first look at the new Adapt BB shoe, today. The event took place at the Jordan flagship store in Chicago and it was packed. During the event, guests got the opportunity to witness the new shoe and learn a lot about it's high-tech features, while others got a chance to try on the shoe for pickup games before it hits retail. The shoe comes in black and it has a highly advanced fitting system. This software allows you to set the comfort of the shoe manually or you can change with an app on your smartphone. We found this technology to be so dope, we think this shoe is a real game changer for Nike and the future to come. The Nike Adapt is set for release this weekend and we know it's bound to fly off the shelves. This past weekend, Chance The Rapper joined the Backstreet Boys in a hot new Doritos commercial. The ad was shown during this year's Super Bowl and it shows the Chicago rapper remixing the 90's boy band classic "I Want It That Way," while promoting Doritos new Flammin Hot Nachos. Watch it!

Nike Teams Up With 11-Year-Old Chicago Kid For #BHM

In support of Black History Month, #Nike teamed up 11-year-old Jahkil Jackson and his Non-profit organization "Project I Am" to give back to the community yesterday on Chicago's South Side. Some of you may be familiar with "Project I Am" as the organizations that delivers "Blessings Bags." These bags come filled with socks, gloves, hygiene products, and more to help those in need. Jahkil started the program at 8 years old and since then, he has been honored by the Obama Foundation. On yesterday, Jahkil continued his mission as he and Nike came together at the Boys and Girls Club. During this special community event, supporters got a chance to join an important panel discussion, participate in games, and also watch Jahkil as he demonstrated how he put together "Blessing Bags." Nas, Pusha T, Teyana Taylor, and more stopped in Chicago last night for the Red Bull Music Festival. The event took place at the Wintrust Arena/McCormick Place and it was nothing but G.O.O.D. Music.  Kicking off the show, up and coming artist 070 Shake took the stage to perform her recent work she done on Kanye West's latest LP  Ye and she was followed by Valee, a new signee on G.O.O.D. Music. Stepping next to the stage, rapper Desiigner electrified the stage with his nonstop energy and R&B singer Teyana Taylor followed next with her sexy choreography, which had fans screaming for more. Kicking off the first event, The Breakfast Club co-host conducted an opened discussion in front of a sold-out crowd at DePaul University and it was moderated by WGCI's Morning Show host Kendra G. Sharing a dose of her hit single "Medicine," Queen Naija stopped in Chicago last night to perform at the 10th Anniversary of the "Surround Sound of Fashion event." The show took place at the Bentley store, in Chicago's Gold Coast, and it was curated by Nathan Gilbert and sponsored by Courvoisier. Throughout the night, fashion models displayed the latest trends in design, while the city's most elite socialites and taste-makers mixed and mingled to the sounds of live music and special performances. The event also featured hip hop recording artist King Combs as the opening act and they brought out Chicago's very own Vic Mensa as the closer. Check out pictures and video of the event below.

V.I The Boss Host Listening Session For Upcoming Project In Chicago

Gearing up for the official release of his upcoming album  Half & Half , V.I The Boss hosted a private listening session last night in his hometown, Chicago. The exclusive event took place at a recording studio on the Northside and it was filled with friends, family, and taste-makers of Chicago's industry. Throughout the event, V.I played snippets of songs from the Half & Half project, including his new single "Trapline." He also showcased his new video "Live It Up," which was shot in a multi-million mansion in the hills of Arizona. The album drops this Summer and his first single is expected in May.
