This year, "King of R&B" R Kelly will host their 5th Anninversary Celebration for Tony Scufield & The Morning Riot. Rapper Chief Keef, who's real name is Keith Cozart, is back in the headlines. According to reports, police in Northfield, IL are investigating a shooting that took place near a suburban home rented by Chief Keef's manager. Right now, its no indication if Cozart is involved, but sources say the rapper drove the victim to the hospital. After the jump, watch video for more details involving the shooting.

Last night, former No Limit rapper Mystikal stopped in Chicago to perform two shows at the Shrine Nightclub. The first show was for an exclusive Remy Martin event and the second show was part of the Shrine's concert series, which he performed some of classic hits like "Shake Ya Ass," "Danger," "It Ain't My Fault," and more.

Back in the lab for new installment of his Droked Out Studio series, Soundmaster T takes us behind the scenes for the making of another track. The event took place at Bevy in Downtown Chicago and the club was packed with loyal fans, while DJ Sean Mac rocked the one's and two's.  During the party, Ashanti performed some of her latest material from her album, while interacting with the crowd and taking pics with her fans. She also performed "Foolish" leading into Biggie's "One More Chance," which she paid tribute to the late rapper on the anniversary of his death (March 9th).  Check video and pics after the jump.

Last night, Reality TV star Tami Roman stopped in Chicago to support Nikki Burnett for the official launch of her new clothing line, "Basketball Moms" and "Hooplyfe" apparel. The event was held at Mrs. Burnett's Society Art Gallery in Chicago's West Loop and it was hosted by Tami Roman and WGCI's Demi Lobo. Throughout the night, Tami Roman and Demi Lobo caught the attention of special invited guests and supporters, as they introduced young models on the fashion runway with Nikki Burnett's new brand. The clothing line consist of hoodies, tees, jogging suits, and more, which were inspired by parents and fans, who dedicated their lives to the game of basketball.
