Jah Rista Drops New Video "Congregation"

Back in the studio working with legendary producer Soundmaster T, Chicago rapper Jah Rista drops a brand new visual for the streets called "Congregation." It's directed and shot by P. Noble and its taken from his upcoming project The Bad Guy , which is set to drop sometime around Mid-October. Take a look at the new video after the jump and don't forget to share your comments. Polo G. Drops New Video "Wishing For A Hero"

Taken from his latest new project The GOAT , Chicago rapper Polo G drops the official video for his track, "Wishing For A Hero." It's directed by Drewfilmedit and its featuring BJ The Chicago Kid. In the video, we see Polo displaying some incredible skills, as he walks through the streets, while telling tales from the hood. He also raps over one of 2 Pac's classic tracks "Changes" and he does it very well. Take a look at the video for yourself after the jump and don't forget to share your comments.

Lil Durk & G. Herbo Set To Battle On IG Live With WGCI

While staying at home during the pandemic, fans everywhere have enjoyed watching some of their favorite artists battle it out on Verzuz  and now, WGCI plans on doing something similar of their own. According to their site , the station is set to have Lil Durk and G. Herbo battling in a friendly competition. The Stay At Home Weekend event is set for Saturday, May 23 at 8 p.m. on Instagram Live and both Chicago rappers is set to play each of their top hits, while sharing stories about their music careers. Man, I know this competition will be something to see, I can't wait for this one. In the meantime, make sure y'all check out G. Herbo's certified gold project PTSD  and the latest new album from the homie Lil Durk called  Just Cause Y'all Waited 2  on all streaming platforms.

Ex-Bulls Champion Craig Hodges Rips Michael Jordan & "The Last Dance" Docuseries

Since the release of the first episode, back in April, Michael Jordan and The Last Dance  docuseries has been the most talked about topic in the streets; however, some people don't seem to be pleased. In a recent interview with Fox Sports Chris Broussard and Rob Parker, Ex-Bulls player Craig Hodges explains his discontent for the ESPN's series along with criticizing former teammate Michael Jordan. "So I'm watching the first episode and I was upset about the 'cocaine circus.' That bothered me because I was thinking about the brothers who are on that picture with you (referring to MJ)," said Hodges.  The former Bulls player also talked about a number of other things, including why he was bothered with MJ accusing Horace Grant for giving insight info for the Jordan Rules , written by Sam Smith. Brandy Celebrates Women with New Video "Baby Mama" feat Chance The Rapper

Just in time for Mother's Day, R&B star Brandy celebrates women, who's holding it down, with her brand new visual,  Baby Mama . The colorful new video features Chance The Rapper and it's creative direction is by Derek Blanks and Frank Gatson along with music production from Hit-Boy. "The inspiration for Baby Mama was of course my daughter and how she makes me a better person. I wanted to do a song about her and speak to all baby mama's out there," said Brandy. She also adds, "I have to give Chance The Rapper a huge shout out, he spit a really really dope verse on it and I'm so pleased with it." Do or Die Talks Origins of Song "Po Pimp," Working With J Prince & More

Legendary group Do or Die is known for being apart of Chicago's hip hop pioneers and in a virtual interview with B High , they talked with the media personality about what makes them special. They also speak on the creation of their hit song "Po Pimp," working with J. Prince at Rap-A-Lot, and being in the industry during the East Coast/West Coast beef between Biggie and 2 Pac. Take a look.
