While Franklin was recovering from being shot, his competitors Manboy (Melvin Gregg) and Skully (Deaundre Bonds) have started an all-out war in the streets of LA and now, he has to intervene before things get out of hand, making it bad for business.  In this Season, we also find Franklin still dealing with his connect Teddy, played by Carter Hudson, but this Season he finds out that he really doesn't have his back like he thought, which causes him to make a lot of uneasy decisions on his own. What we do know, Franklin still has the support from his family but he's fallen out with his best friend and right hand for muscle Leon (Isaiah John), which could be bad for him in the streets, when going up against Manboy and Skully.  Let me tell you, Season 4 is packed with excitement...
