Kanye West Being Sued by A 70's Soul Group For 'Bound' Sample

Kanye West back in the headlines. According to TMZ, Ricky Spicer, an ex-member of the 70's soul group "Ponderosa Twins Plus One," is suing Ye for sampling their "Bound" track without permisssion. Spicer also demands Ye stop using the track and pay an unspecified amount of cash, TMZ reports.
