[Photos] "Tainted Goodes" Stageplay Hits Chicago

Last week on August 27th, Cortri Trotter Productions, Third Baptist Church of Chicago, and GoSity Entertainment proudly presented a great stageplay called Tainted Goodes in Chicago. It was held at the Harold Washington Cultural Center, in the Bronzeville area, and it was packed with supporters.

Bringing back great music and an awesome storyline to the stage, Writer and Director Cortri Trotter and Music Director Rev. Eddie Williams, III put on a fantastic production with a lot of twisted plots.
"George and Anna Goode came up from nothing, but worked their entire lives to build an EMPIRE, all the while covering up a dangerous family secret. When skeletons fall out the closet, lives are changed forever."
The play starred Mz. Sharelle Pierce of Real Radio RawTV on Power 92, Comedian Marvin Phipps, Blake Martin of Studio B Productions and featured a Youth Choir from various denominations. Other cast members included Ms. Valerie McEwen, Eric Epps, Dawn Brown, Boaz Space, Sharon Smith Young, Brooke Mackie, Jamani D'Von, Vernell Harris, Reverend Tyrone D. Hughes and Dina Rhea.

During the play, Father Michael Pfleger of St. Sabina Church was also a recipient of the Icon Award.

Thanks to Publicist Jennifer Day for being a great host and I highly recommend everyone to catch and see stageplay Tainted Goodes the next time around.
