EPMD Makes Surprise Appearance At DJ Timbuck 2's Tribute Event In Chicago

Even though he's no longer here in the physical, the legacy and life of DJ Timbuck 2 continue to live on. Last night, people from all over came out to celebrate the memory of the late deejay with a tribute event at The Metro on Chicago's Northside. The celebration showcased some of the hottest deejays in the game and it was presented by the Timothy Francis Jones Foundation, which was founded at the request of Timothy Jones (DJ Timbuck 2) who succumbed to renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) in 2015. 

The sold-out event was also filled with a lot of surprises and one of them just happened to be EPMD, who took the stage by storm performing some of their crowd favorite classics like "It's My Thing" and "You Got's To Chill." During their short set, Erick and Parrish also paid their respects and showed love to other fallen artists and entertainers in the industry. Check out the video after the jump.
