Kanye West Appears At Chance The Rapper's Concert And Host Listening Session In Chicago

Kanye West made his way home to Chicago, last night, for a couple of stops. First, he was spotted at the United Center for a surprise appearance at Chance The Rapper's sold out concert and second, he hosted his very own  Jesus Is King Experience, at the Auditorium, to promote his unreleased album.  During his first stop at the UC, the legendary rapper joined Chance onstage to perform "All We Got," which turned out to be a historic moment for hip hop, City of Chicago and all their supporting fans.  Afterwards, Kanye arrived at the Auditorium, with his wife and kids, for his packed house event. He opened up the session with a short film and next, he played the crowd his entire unreleased album.  The project contains a combination of hot new sounds and it also includes a standout track featuring guest appearances from the Clipse and Kenny G, which was well received by the fans reaction. Chance The Rapper Shares Rescheduled Dates For "The Big Tour"

It was just weeks ago, Chance The Rapper shocked fans everywhere when he announced that he was postponing his tour to be with family. Now, we hear the tour is back on but this time with new dates. Originally, the tour was set to kick off on September 14, 2019, but now, The Big Tour  will begin in January 2020 and we hear Lil Yachty and Chance's brother Taylor Bennett will be coming on board.   We would also like to mention that Chicago and Miami dates will remain the same but all other dates have been rescheduled. Juice WRLD Partners With McDonald's To Do Free Upcoming Concert In Chicago

Have you had a break today? McDonald's is kicking off a new concert series to bring artists back to their hometown and give back to the community that raise them with a free show. The initiative is called Beat of My City and rapper Juice WRLD has been chosen to perform for his city, Chicago. Juice WRLD broke the news with his followers on social media and here's what he had to say: "Excited to be partnering with @mcdonalds to bring my people in chicago a free live performance. I will also be giving back to my favorite charity through McDonald's. Last but not the least there's going to be some @mcdonalds"   The free show is scheduled for October 17th but the location of the event has not been revealed, you would have to rsvp at www.McDonaldsBeatOfMyCity.com to receive that information. La La Anthony Added To Showtime's TV Series "The Chi"

La La Anthony  can't be stopped! Not only is she getting great reviews playing Lakeisha on Starz hit series Power , we just learned the beautiful bombshell just scored another role. Come this year, La La will be joining the cast of Showtime's TV series  The Chi playing a hot, savvy businesswoman named Dominique "Dom" Morris. La La took to social media earlier today and broke the news with her fans. "I'm coming to THE CHI!! Thank you so much to @lenawaithe & Justin Hillian for welcoming me into your family. I CANT WAIT!! LETS GOOOOO"  Also, set to join the cast is Luke James, who will be playing Jake's estranged older brother named Trig and comedian/actor Lil Rel Howery is set to play Zeke Remnick, the owner of Sonny's building. In the meantime, catch La La on Season 6 of Power and stay tuned for Season 3 of Showtime's The Chi.

SmokeBaby Drops New Video "FNP (Feel No Pain)"

It's a new wave of artists coming up on the rise and the homie SmokeBaby  just happens to be one of them. Today, the Chicago rapper releases his brand new video for "FNP (Feel No Pain)." It's taken from his upcoming EP called Smokeland and it's a dope animated visual created by Ashtyn Taylor of ATLfilms and it's written and produced by DeAndre Brooks aka SmokeBaby. Check out his words. "The video Feel No Pain meaning is deeper than the video itself. The video was made for smoking and comedy purposes; but the overall background behind it basically shows and talks about the reality of money, power and how it can make you feel pain. Chance The Rapper Has Postponed "The Big Day" Tour

Five days before he's set to go on tour, Chance The Rapper has postponed in order to spend time with family. The Chicago rapper broke the news today, as he took to social media to share with fans. "I thought it over for the past week and I've decided to push back my tour. This year has been one of the greatest of my life; Marriage, new baby, first album etc. But with it being so eventful it has also been very strenuous having to divide my time and energy between family work." Chance also went on to apologize to his fans by saying, "I know how many people were counting on seeing me soon, but I hope you'll understand and forgive me in time. Tour kicks off Jan. 15th." As of now, you can still get tickets or your refund at chanceraps.com  and a few of the show are still being rescheduled. Chance noted he's still doing the United Center in his hometown Chicago on 9/28.

Kanye West Brings Out Chicago for Sunday Service

Name someone other than Kanye West that can bring out the Chi for Sunday Service on a rainy day? This morning, Ye stopped in his hometown for a free sold-out show. It was located at Huntington's Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island and it was filled with fans of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Throughout the event, the gospel choir kept the crowd on their feet, in high spirit, before the Yeezus rapper made his entrance to perform his song, "Jesus Walk." Chicago's own Chance The Rapper was also in attendance and he added his contribution by performing his verse to Ye's "Ultralight Beam." I'm telling you, Kanye West's Sunday Service  was a great experience and I'm glad I got the chance and opportunity to enjoy it.  UPDATE: After finishing his morning set at Northerly Island, Kanye West took his Sunday Service celebration to Fellowship Church for the afterparty. Meek Mill Performs Free Pre-Game Show In Chicago For Jay Z New Initiative With NFL

Before the NFL's new season kicked off with the Bears and Packers tonight, Philly rapper Meek Mill performed a free concert in Chicago's Grant Park and it was packed with thousands in attendance.  The Pre-game show is part of Jay Z's new partnership with the NFL called Inspire Change, which is an initiative for players and owners of the league to work together to create change in communities across America.  Meek Mill is one of the first advocates of Inspire Change along with Meghan Trainor and Rapsody, who also happened to performed tonight at the event celebration in Chicago's Grant Park.  Take a look at some of our pictures and video of the event below and don't forget your comments.
