Chicago singer Johnny P Has Passed Away


A lot of celebrities have passed away in 2016 and now, this year has taken one of Chicago's own. According to Fakeshore Drive, Chicago singer Johnny P has passed away after being in a coma. 

Johnny P is best known for his unforgettable vocals on Do or Die's 1996 classic single "Po Pimp" and his vocals were also featured on Scarface's "Smile" and countless others.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family at this time.

Kanye West Hospitalized In L.A.


Hours after Kanye West canceled the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour due to exhaustion, It's reported the Yeezy rapper was taken to UCLA Medical Center on Monday for psychiatric evaluation.
According to law enforcement sources ... cops responded to a call for a welfare check on Kanye around 1:20 PM PT. He was at his trainer, Harley Pasternak's home at the time and was "acting erratically." 
We're told police called L.A. Fire, and by the time paramedics arrived Kanye was calmer ... but still resistant to going to the hospital. We're told everyone -- his management and law enforcement -- convinced him it was best he go. Law enforcement sources tell us Kanye was handcuffed to a gurney during transport to the hospital ... as standard protocol. 
Man, we pray everything is okay with Kanye and hope he gets the help he needs to live a healthy life.

Kanye West Cancels Remaining Dates of Saint Pablo Tour


It's been a long weekend for rapper Kanye West. Not only is he breaking news for his infamous rants, it's reported he's cancelling the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour as well. This news come shortly after the Yeezus rapper ended his show abruptly on Saturday night in Sacramento and later canceling his show Sunday night at the L.A. Forum. According to sources, Kanye is pulling the plug on the tour for the rest of the year and its all because he's exhausted from working around the clock.

As of now, refunds will be given to ticketholders and Kanye is set to reschedule shows later in 2017.

Lil Wayne Talks "Black Lives Matter" On ABC Nightline


Once upon a time in hip hop, rappers spoke out against the injustice system that Black people face in America; but today, Lil Wayne sees it differently. Last night, the Young Money rapper sat down with ABC's Linsey Davis to talk about his life, music, and a number of other things; however, when he was asked about the Black Lives Matter movement, the rapper looked and seemed confused. 
"I don't feel connected to a damn thing that ain't got nothin' to do with me," the rapper told ABC News Linsey Davis.
