WGCI Celebrates Big For Morning Riot Anniversary

When you have the "Most Anticipated Party Of The Year" in your procession, it's no short cuts. You have to put in work!

On last night, April 5th, WGCI did just that! They gave the City of Chicago a huge celebration! It was the Third Year Anniversary for Tony Sculfield and The Morning Riot and the party was "Off The Chain."

The event took place at Club V Live on the City's North Side and the house was packed! It brought out everybody from superstar entertainers to some of your favorite athletes. It even had a few surprises in the building like Chicago Bulls Derrick Rose and Boston Celtics Rajon Rondo.

Kicking off the event, The Morning Riot made their way to the stage while their very own DJ Phantom rocked the crowd. Later, they would start the show off with a performance by Chicago's own Rapper YP with a  follow up of L.E.P. Bogus Boys, R&B Sensation Elle Varner, and Rapper Kirko Bangz on the line up as well.

Also, during the night, they would have a crowd rocking performance by Rapper Future and the beautiful Ashanti; however, the man who stoled the show would be the party's unexpected guest Funnyman Mike Epps. He made his way to the party after his performance at Chicago's Arie Crown.

Afterwards, WGCI's loyal listeners got a chance to interact with all their favorite radio personalities which included names like: Tony Sculfield, Nina Chantele, Leon Rogers, Loni Swain, U.B. Rodriguez, Connie Williams, Chris Michaels, Demi Lobo, DJ Dimepiece, DJ Moondawg, Jamal Smallz, DJ 33 1/3, and more.
