Ever since meeting each other, after the BET Awards in LA, Chicago rapper Fly 1300 and Louisiana rapper LiBand have been building a bond. Today, they come together for the first time to deliver a brand new video and it's called "Responsibility." It's shot and directed by Austin Lamotta and it shows the "Ratchet to the Raq" connection turning up on the scene, while moving through the Chi with the camp of ABC Records.
